Picture Perfect | San Antonio Family Photographer

Look at these beauties? I mean, they are ALL gorgeous!  This was my last family session to shoot in 2013, and my first blog post of 2014. And if I do  say so myself, they are a super way to start the year off!

I’ve come across a tiny little park North of San Antonio, that I’ve come to love…and once again, it didn’t let me down.  We had some gorgeous light and some lovely trees to set the scene.

This family was pure awesomeness.  Susan was fabulous to work with. We chatted about wardrobe and style and we are currently working on a canvas cluster for her home.  She in tandem with her husband, are raising two super fabulous kids.

Now these kids…I’m talking Super.  Fabulous.  We were able to cut up a bit, and I didn’t have to bribe them with lollipops to get them to smile.

As a former high school teacher I love teenagers.  Something about them makes my heart go “pitter patter.”  These two were no different.

This handsome young man had his own signature style.  His hands were in his pockets, he was standing tall, his shoulders were back, and he had this semi-aloof look that he gave off with both his eyes and his smile.  He totally turned it on once we got warmed up.  I loved it.  #GQMODEL

Now, this beautiful young lady was just as amazing herself.  She was the inspiration for the entire shoots’ wardrobe. And I must say, she did a fantastic job.  She knew how to look at the camera and how to move to get a great shot.  And, she concocted stories about her parents when it was their turn in front of the camera.  I’m not sure what she was saying/doing but I’m pretty sure it was embarrassing them and it worked! #GORGEOUS #COMEDIAN

Now to top things off, grandma came to the shoot! I LOVE wise people.  [Insert old].  Although this grandma was far from old,  you could totally tell she was super hip (and beautiful just like the rest of them).  We had three generations at this shoot and I captured some great moments of grandma and her [insert old] grand babies.  They may be teenagers, but they are still her grand babies, right? #ILOVEOLDPEOPLE

I must add in a tidbit about the father.  He was super cool too.  He didn’t complain AT ALL! He just went with the flow and did everything I asked of him.  #SUPERSPORT #THANKYOU

And last, but not least, I have to give props to Susan again.  She’s got something good going on in her home…I hope when people see me and my family they think the same thing about me.  #ROCKSTARMOM

    Till next time,

    Staci
